We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that all products and packages reach you in perfect condition. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We follow a strict no-cancellation policy, as products are processed immediately after confirmation to ensure timely delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

a) Damaged Packaging with Product Damage
If the package is distorted, tampered with, or damaged during transit and the product inside is also affected, you may request a refund.
Video proof is mandatory: You must record a clear, unedited video while opening the sealed package for the first time, showing the damage.
The video must begin before unsealing the package and clearly show the shipping label and seal condition.

b) Product Leakage
If the product received is leaking or shows signs of spillage upon delivery, you may be eligible for a refund.
Again, video proof is required before breaking the seal. The package must be shown in its original, unopened state in the video.
Without video proof taken before opening, no refund requests will be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Packages opened without video proof.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
Issues caused due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Minor transit wear & tear on outer packaging that does not affect the product.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request meets the above criteria:

Email us at info@3dprinterresin.in with the order number, video proof, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the video and assess eligibility within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be initiated via the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
